Meade and Columbia). The park offers many nearby amenities as it is less than two miles from the Arundel Mills Mall, a 1.5 million square feet regional mall and entertainment complex.
This investment offered the opportunity to acquire an office property in what has historically been a tight office market due to high barriers to entry and a lack of available land.
