Situated in the heart of the BWI Airport Business District at the intersection of the Baltimore-Washington Parkway and Route 100, the property offers convenient access to BWI Airport, and the Amtrak/commuter rail station and is just five miles from the area’s major employment centers (Ft. Meade and Columbia). The park offers many nearby amenities as it is less than two miles from the Arundel Mills Mall, a 1.5 million square feet regional mall and entertainment complex.

This investment offered the opportunity to acquire an office property in what has historically been a tight office market due to high barriers to entry and a lack of available land.
