Crowne Plaza Boston-Woburn

Project Overview

Alta invested in Crowne Plaza as the new ownership was completing a major renovation and rebranding. The 197-room, full-service hotel also includes a very successful sports bar and restaurant, the Scoreboard. The renovation included the addition of an indoor pool and fitness center, renovated meeting space, and major updates to the guest rooms. Located just off Route 128 in the 128 technology corridor, the hotel is only 12 miles north of downtown Boston and offers easy access to Massachusetts Commuter Rail.

After acquisition Alta worked with the on-site team to streamline operations and ultimately improve the bottom line, which led to a successful sale.
