Project Overview
Harbor Hotel Provincetown is a contemporary boutique hotel with 129 rooms located on a 4.5-acre waterfront site. Located just off Route 6 the hotel has sweeping views of Provincetown Harbor and is a quick walk to town. The hotel also offers premium amenities such as an on-site pool, cabana bar and plenty of parking for guests.
Finard Properties purchased the property in 2010 and undertook a major redevelopment that included upgrading all guest rooms and common areas of the hotel. Alta partnered with Finard in 2011 during the redevelopment, as this asset offered the rare opportunity to invest in a critical mass of rooms in one of New England’s most sought after tourist destinations.
After completing the renovations, Alta worked to improve the management of the hotel to increase occupancy and revenue per available room by streamlining the management and lowering operating expenses.
