Project Overview

Heritage Two (95 Heritage Drive) is a 185,063-square-foot, nine-story office building in Quincy, MA. The property is located directly off Interstate 93, just seven miles south of Downtown Boston and within walking distance to the MBTA’s Red Line “T” station. This amenity-rich building is nearly fully leased to a diverse tenant roster, anchored by Massachusetts Teachers Association and Healthcare Financial.

Prior to acquisition Campanelli had fully renovated the building’s lobby, cafe, fitness center, and facades and added an outdoor patio. The property offers tenants what many other suburban offices do not, innovative, modern space with access to the MBTA Red Line that enables tenants to attract young employees.
