Residences at Perkins Park

Project Overview

Adjacent to Lofts at Perkins Park, The Residences involved the redevelopment and new construction of 47 units of high-end, market-rate apartments — 41 of the units are townhouses. Alta acquired this well-located, property in Lowell, Massachusetts when we purchased the adjacent historic mills, which we had previously redeveloped. The Residences at Perkins Park, along with The Lofts at Perkins Park, The Administration Building, the Ames Parking Garage and an adjacent developable lot, were acquired by UMass Lowell in 2016 for $61.5 million.
